The role is a contract role - 6 months, is part time ( 3 days per week) and will be based out of our Haymarket Office. The Housing Support Coordinator reports to our Manager, Partnership and Support Coordination and is responsible for providing specialist advice and support service brokerage, for clients with complex support and housing needs. This is achieved through the development and coordination of partnership agreements with key support agencies, participating in the development of case management plans for clients with complex needs and developing policies and procedures to better deliver tenancy sustainability for Bridge Housing tenants.

This role is classified as a Level 5 within the Social Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010. The salary for the role is $93,336 - $97,560 + Super + Salary Packaging.
