The Executive Manager – Youth Services actively champions with the Executive Leadership Team the strategic advancement of the Agencies’ mission, values, vision both externally and internally.

Leading the strategic development and the operational management of the Youth Services Division, this key governance role works to ensure all aspects of the Division deliver high quality, safe services in accordance with program compliance requirements and associated quality standards.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Overall management, coordination and delivery of services for the Divisions programs of Youth Homelessness, Youth Justice, Better Futures (Leaving Care), Transition to Work, L2P, Youth Foyer, School Focused Youth Services, Safe in the SW (LGBTIQA+), Healthy Relationships, Hamilton Services, specialist youth and community projects and others as required.
  • Ensuring staff can develop trusting and supportive relationships with young people, their families and friends, advocate and work with the service system partners to develop youth services in response to need across the region.

The Executive Manager will liaise closely with the senior leadership group to promote integration and seamless service delivery while maintaining effective working relationships with existing and potential partnership organisations.
