Case Workers

EveryMan
  • A supportive work environment with a strong focus on employee wellbeing
  • A flexible and family-friendly workplace
  • Salary sacrifice + other great benefits

Due to a recent surge in demand for our services, EveryMan is seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced Case Workers to work on a casual employment basis.

This is a role where you will need at least 3 year's experience as a Case Worker to be able to "hit the ground running". Experience in the community sector (homelessness, disability, mental health and/or alcohol and other drugs), as well as direct experience working with male clients with complex mental health and behavioural issues, will put you in good stead for this opportunity.

We will provide orientation and training in relation to our systems and methodologies. However, to be considered, you must have relevant qualifications (e.g. Cert IV or higher) and have considerable experience working with people from diverse backgrounds.

What will you be doing?

You will be working in accommodation-related support and outreach services with men, their partners, and families in our Men's Accommodation & Support Services, and with individuals and families in our Indigenous Services & Accommodation programs.

What can EveryMan offer you?

  • Successful candidates will be paid casual hourly rates at level 4 or 5, depending on skills and experience. Hourly rates will range from $46.92 - $56.10 (excludes superannuation and salary sacrifice value)
  • Challenging, meaningful work in a highly regarded organisation with a 'will do' attitude
  • Part of a collaborative team committed to social justice

EveryMan works with a broad range of clients from diverse backgrounds. We recognise and value what diversity brings to our client service capabilities and our organisation as a whole. As our programs and services grow and diversify, we are getting an increasing number of female clients and we are keen to enhance the gender balance in our workforce.
