We’re looking for a professional Senior Project Manager with relevant experience who wants to join our 2,000+ team of staff and volunteers to make a difference on a 12 month maximum term full time contract, with the possibility to extend, working 38 hours per week based in Fitzroy.

THE ROLE

The role requires experience in mixed-use urban design and development, creative and collaborative project design, which they can bring to the shaping of this exciting and unique project and development.

  • Co-manage the project cycle, including developing project plans, identifying and coordinating resources, managing budgets, and meeting reporting requirements
  • Develop and assist with management of the budget and finances for the project including analysis, reporting and accountability
  • Take responsibility for the creation and maintenance of shared project management documentation including shared documentation and project management software
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate all aspects of project implementation including risk and contingency management, project impact and quality measures
  • Create and maintain materials to support the decision-making, governance and administrative processes, including writing BSL Board and sub-committee papers and processes

Salary will be in the range of $100,000 to $110,000 per annum, based on skills and experience plus superannuation.

To be considered for the role and be successful in it, we’re looking for an Senior Project Manager who has the following key skills and experiences:

  • Relevant degree and/or several years’ experience in project management and/or a related field. Such as project management, urban planning or design, civil engineering, architecture and construction management
  • Strong competency with MS suite of products, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated professional skills knowledge and proficiency in the field
