Why Baptist World Aid Australia?

If you have a desire to be part of a passionate, committed, people-oriented team who is committed to ending poverty… then you’re in the right place!

Baptist World Aid Australia is an international Christian development organisation working in 18 countries. We partner with like-minded organisations overseas to implement community development and disaster projects that empower communities to lift themselves out of poverty. Last year, our work directly benefited 332,391 people.

When you join Baptist World Aid, you’ll become part of a rich, 60-year history. The Regular Giving Team is a high achieving team and, as a valued Regular Giving Coordinator, you’ll be integral to achieving our mission of helping Australians tackle the injustice of global poverty. You will be collaborating and innovating with numerous internal stakeholders so that we can begin transitioning Child Sponsorship communication to more digital formats and platforms. Day to day you will be focussed on donor retention and ensuring our Child Sponsors are provided with timely and informative impact reports from children and communities overseas. You will work closely with our International Team to ensure surveys from our Partners overseas are reviewed by our amazing team of volunteers, and you will adapt change stories and field updates so that we can ultimately help Child Sponsors understand the difference their giving is making!

We’re looking for someone with the know-how, passion, and commitment to inspire our faithful supporters to action on poverty… is it you?
