Brisbane Youth Service is a medium-sized incorporated association providing holistic responses to vulnerable young people (aged 12 – 25 years) and young families who are experiencing homelessness or are at-risk of becoming homeless.

Are you a dynamic individual with the ability to provide a range of health services to young people?

The Clinic General Practitioner provides primary health care services for young people visiting the BYS medical clinic. The aim is to improve young people’s access to health care information and services, address health and mental health needs to promote wellbeing, and encourage them to engage in their healthcare. This care is based on latest evidence and guidelines and meets legislative requirements.

To undertake the Clinic GP role, you are required to be medically qualified and registered as a medical practitioner with the Australian Health Professional Regulation Authority (AHPRA) / Medical Board of Australia, hold vocational registration with the College of GPs and have current medical indemnity insurance.
