This is a technical leadership role that will support the Team Leader Intake and Placement Support and the practitioners within the team. The Advanced Practitioner will hold a small reunification caseload and work closely with the team leader to ensure a focus on continuous improvement to the intake, placement support and reunification, where applicable, of children and young people who are temporarily unable to live with their birth parents.
Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Welfare Studies, Community Service or related discipline.
