People, Leadership and Teams (PLT) Division provide a range of strategic and operational services to the organisation. The team focusses on the talented and committed people (employees and volunteers) who are the driving force behind our success in reducing the impact of all cancers for all Victorians.
The People Services Team operates as a shared service model, supporting a broad range of operational people services and dealing with internal and external stakeholders including other PLT team members, applicants, employees, people managers and other key stakeholders. The People Services Team enables Cancer Council to maintain and build capacity and skills to attract, retain and develop our employees and volunteers; enabling our people to deliver to our Strategic Goals.
