about the role

Candella is a growing community mental health organisation. We are seeking a Business Support Officer to be the first point of contact for our customers and to support our business by:

  • Providing a high level of customer service
  • Manage and allocate incoming support requests
  • Processing incoming and updated customer service agreements

Key to your success will be your:

  • Understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme
  • Ability to take initiative and use your problem-solving skills to work through tasks
  • Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to support people with varied needs
  • Excellent information technology skills with proven customer record management system experience
  • Previous experience in a reception or administration role
