Candella is a growing community mental health organisation. We are seeking a Business Support Officer to join our passionate team.

ABOUT THE ROLE

In this role you will be our organisation 'go to' person:

  • Providing a high level of customer service
  • Supporting service projects administrative needs
  • Coordinating our frontline recruitment and onboarding
  • Actioning basic employee IT support and troubleshooting

ABOUT YOU

You will be the first point of contact for our customers and to support our business.

Key to your success will be your:

  • Understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme
  • Ability to take initiative and use your problem-solving skills to work through tasks
  • Outstanding and warm customer service skills with the ability to support people with varied needs
  • Excellent information technology skills with proven problem solving and customer record management system experience
  • Exceptional coordination skills with the ability to liaise with multiple people to progress processes
  • Previous experience in a reception or administration role

Whilst this role is work from home, you will need to be located in Melbourne to attend face to face meetings from time to time. We also require employees to either be fully vaccinated against Covid 19 or have a medical exemption and hold a NDIS worker screening check.

Candella Ltd is a for purpose organisation providing recovery-oriented mental health services within the National Disability Insurance Scheme. Candella launched in October 2018 and has since grown to almost 200 employees, providing services to more than 900 people in Melbourne.
