Due to growth in our service, we are seeking 2 passionate Team Leaders to lead our NDIS Support Coordination and Psychosocial Recovery Coaching services.

  • Full time permanent roles
  • Work from home supporting a team through face to face and remote channels
  • SCHCADS Award Level 5 ($43.87/hr + Superannuation and Salary Packaging)

About the role

In this leadership role you will:

  • Provide remote practice support and leadership to a team supporting customers
  • Oversee service quality in your division in line with NDIS Practice Standards
  • Engage with stakeholders and develop strategic partnerships to coordinate service provision and improve customer outcomes
  • Develop and build workforce capability and capacity

About You

Key to your success will be your:

  • leadership experience within the community sector
  • Prior experience in the mental health and/or community sector
  • Understanding of recovery-oriented, community-based mental health services
  • Understanding the broader social service systems
  • Understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme
  • Commitment to the Candella values of human, capable and effective

You must hold a Full Australian Driver’s License, ‘Employee’ Working with children check and a NDIS Worker Screen.

Due to recent government mandate we will also require evidence of your full COVID vaccination status.
