The National Manager – Training and Development is pivotal in the delivery of training and education programs including nationally recognised qualifications, short and accredited/non-accredited courses to the many individuals and organisations across our community. Working collaboratively with St John State & Territory organisations to develop and deliver innovative and highly recognised education programs.

Known as an expert in your profession, you will be an accomplished leader and strategic advisor with proven substantial experience and success at a senior management level within a Registered Training Organisation and/or Adult Learning Environment. You will have a deep knowledge of pedagogy and curriculum practices and the ability to determine best fit solutions and instructional strategies to deliver quality and valued training. To ensure your success in this role, you will will show a clear understanding of stakeholder needs, interests, and concerns, with a proven consultative and innovative style, with the ability to negotiate skillfully and collaboratively with both internal and external groups.

You will hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or higher along with relevant additional academic qualifications in Adult Education, Management and/or Business being highly regarded. You should preferably have a clinical or health care background.
