ROLE

Capire Consulting Group is seeking an administration professional who is driven to deliver exceptional operational services to our team of consultants. This role shapes and influences the day-to-day experience of every Capire team member and is crucial to team culture and effective business practices.

The role includes:

  • Supporting the Executive team, including direct support for the CEO
  • Reporting to and working with the Operations Executive to deliver administrative and business support functions across the organisation
  • Delivering an organised and adequately resourced physical and digital working environment
  • Providing client services and project support activities across the Capire team to deliver excellent client outcomes

  • A highly organised, proactive person who manages competing demands and achieves deadlines
  • A flexible attitude who can work collaboratively to build strong, long term and effective relationships with team members, suppliers and clients that maximise business and community value
  • A problem solver who can easily multi-task, learn new things and prioritise work effectively with diligence and hands-on confidence
  • Proven experience in business administration/operations or corporate services
  • A person who is motivated to do good in the world and to a high ethical standard
  • A calm drama free, no fuss, person who can maintain the highest levels of confidentiality is essential
  • Demonstrated skills in Xero accounting software, MS Office suite and CRMs/work management systems preferrable

This is an established role suited to a person with 2-5 years’ experience in administration, corporate services or operations. If you’re an admin superstar who loves supporting a team to succeed, we want to hear from you.

SALARY & WORK STATUS

An indicative full time equivalent (FTE) salary range is between $60k to $70k excluding super, depending on experience. This will be pro-rated for a part time appointment.

The salary and work load/FTE status will be negotiated with the successful applicant, based on level of experience and business need.

We offer a flexible working environment, with opportunity to work reduced hours and flexible leave provisions. Our office is based in Carlton, Victoria.
