About the Role

We are now seeking a proactive, highly organised Administration / Intake Worker to join our Youth Services team in Parkville on a fixed term contract.

Key responsibilities include coordination of client information systems, support administration, and general reception duties. Our admin/intake worker will also oversee referral administration, program delivery support and service reporting.

About You

We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced administration worker that is committed to supporting our highly skilled clinicians and management team. To be considered for this exciting opportunity and thrive in this role, you will also possess:

  • Demonstrated experience as an administrator, ideally gained from a mental health or health environment
  • Excellent approach to customer service
  • Strong organisational skills and attention-to-detail
  • Exceptional communication skills with outstanding interpersonal abilities
  • Experience handling sensitive information and confidential client records
  • Strong skill set across Microsoft Suite, especially with Excel
