Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for dynamic, highly skilled Clinicians who are excited about being part of our prison forensic services team and playing an integral part in the delivery of forensic Drug and Alcohol Treatment Services at Dhurringile Prison.

Do you have the ability to build rapport and set boundaries with an offending population? Then this may be the role for you!

The Role

This position is offered as a fixed term contract to 30 June 2023 with the possibility of extension. The Care and Recovery Coordinator is responsible for meeting with newly remanded prisoners, providing them with orientation, screenings, Release Related Harm Reduction programs and other short-term psycho-ed programs to prisoners. Ideally, you will have a Cert IV in AOD or experience in the space.
