About the role

The Creative Producer, Arts Programs will support young creatives to work with experienced mentors to transform the house into a cultural hub. Outcomes will be youth-led events, live and digital, providing employment, professional development and connection focusing on access, equity and inclusion.

12-month part-time contract.

Brief Project Description

The mentoring program (currently called Pass the Mic) is a Carclew initiative that will transform the house into a cultural hub activated by young creatives supported by experienced mentors. Outcomes will be youth-led events, live and digital for regional access, providing employment, professional development and connection for young creatives focusing on access, equity and inclusion.
