In this maximum term opportunity, you will play a key role in assisting with the implementation of Councils Access and Ageing strategies and the activities that will ensure successful implementation.
Reporting to the Team Leader, Access and Ageing, some of your duties will include:
To help deliver our strategies you will have the ability to build strong relationship with community organisations and local groups, agencies and government departments. You will be community focused with a drive at achieve outcomes. Your demonstrated knowledge of health promotion and community development principles (related to access and ageing) coupled with your outstanding communication, consultation and engagement skills will ensure that you succeed in this diverse and busy role.
