About the Role

Cardno ID seeks a Strategic Communications Manager will drive implementation of a communications strategy for our Asia-Pacific business, working with our management team to deliver clear and impactful marketing and communication of our growing organisational capability and activities to key stakeholders.

Primary Responsibilities will include:

Work with our Asia-Pacific Management Team and corporate Communications Team to support our ongoing corporate communications strategy to promote: our organisational capability; our project portfolio, experience, achievements and knowledge; and Cardno ID as an employer of choice. The Manager will also oversight a small team to deliver priority activities under the strategy, which will include:

  • Writing and ensuring quality control of content for various internal and external channels, including our website, intranet/extranet, newsletter, client communications, and social media platforms to effectively communicate with target audiences.
  • Develop impactful marketing materials – both content and format - for both print and electronic media, tailored to key audiences and stakeholders, aligned with our global corporate communications strategy.
  • Coordinate marketing events as required.
  • Provide tactical/technical advice to the management team on strategic communications and messaging, as required.

About You

The successful candidate will present with a high level of interpersonal skills and excellent organisational and time management skills. S/he must be willing to take on a variety of tasks that may be required to ensure efficient operation of the business units and has the ability to interpret and apply policies, requirements and procedures and use of corporate systems.

At least 3-5 years of professional working experience in a relevant sector.
