Working alongside passionate and supportive People & Culture professionals, this is a fabulous opportunity for you to take the next step in your HR career. You will be a true generalist and no two days will be the same in this dynamic and varied role!

As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for the administration and coordination of a range of People & Culture functions. You will be empowered to share your innovative and creative ideas, to help us continually improve our employee and volunteer experience.

You can expect to get involved in these activities as our new People & Culture Administrator:

• Coordinating end-to-end recruitment and working with our People Leaders to place top talent in their teams
• Managing all things admin, as our admin superstar
• Facilitating a smooth and positive onboarding experience to effectively welcome new people to our Heart Foundation team
• Managing our People & Culture inbox, providing general advice and escalating queries when necessary
• Supporting our team with project work for key HR activities including performance planning, recognition and reward, and wellness

We're on the search for candidates with similar experience in a People & Culture administration role. With a positive, can-do attitude, you will work well in a fast-paced environment in a close-knit team. With a focus on employee, volunteer and candidate experience, you will build strong relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders. Your keen eye for detail will allow you to accurately manage our administration and systems.
