The role of the Partnerships Manager is to develop, lead and manage the CareerTrackers partnerships strategy. The strategy will look to grow and manage our relationships with employment, university and community partners including the identification and development of new partnerships.
PLEASE NOTE: The job location for this role is flexible. CareerTrackers currently have offices in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth.
As a Partnerships Manager you will:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners with a focus on developing long term relationships with engaged and informed partners
Develop and implement an onboarding strategy for prospective and new employment partners
Provide training and support for new employment partners to successfully embed CareerTrackers into their organisation.
Develop resources and frameworks for team members to manage effective relationships with employment partners, university and community partners
Contribute to Philanthropic partnerships
Identify opportunities to grow our current relationships and source new partners to join the program with opportunities which match the aspirations of our students
Work closely with our Finance and Data functions to provide analysis and insights to the Leadership Team.

The successful applicant will be:
Degree qualified with 5+ years combined experience in roles which demonstrate the ability to strategically develop and build key partnerships
Strong business acumen and is prepared to take initiative
Proven leadership experience that inspires and engages relevant stakeholders.
Holds strong relationships within CareerTrackers ecosystem including with Indigenous Australians, community groups, corporates, universities and high schools, or have ability to create strong relationships as a result of their previous experiences.
Can work independently, driving projects to completion, as well as part of a geographically dispersed national team.
Ability to develop and implement strategic plans, measure performance and evaluate results.
Must have a current Working With Children Check or willing to obtain one prior to commencement.
