The Program Design Manager will fulfil the training and developmental needs of CareerTrackers participants by providing overall direction of the program curriculum.
This role will contribute to the success of CareerTrackers by helping participants demonstrate highly sought-after attributes (by employers, universities and the community) and therefore helping them to position themselves for successful conversion into the professional workforce and ongoing transitions into leadership opportunities.
The Program Design Manager should play an active role in the CareerTrackers ecosystem by being a role model to participants and influencing stakeholders to create strategic opportunities that fulfil organisational objectives.
PLEASE NOTE: The job location for this role is flexible. CareerTrackers currently have offices in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth.
This person will be responsible for:
The curriculum, its design and contents for all CareerTrackers programs (University, Papua New Guinea, High School, and Alumni Programs)
Determining CareerTrackers’ expectation of students to fulfil the program curriculum
Lead the design and delivery of the annual Student Leadership Development Institute
Deliver training to the wider CareerTrackers team on program materials
Manage and implement new or innovative tools and platforms to enhance the delivery of student training, e.g. Zoom, Kahoot!, Remo
Sourcing skilled volunteers and facilitators to deliver student training

The successful applicant will be:
Degree qualified with 5+ years combined experience in program design and curriculum management.
Strong business acumen and is prepared to take initiative
Coaching, training and facilitation experience
Proven leadership experience that inspires and engages relevant stakeholders.
Holds strong relationships within CareerTrackers ecosystem including with Indigenous Australians, community groups, corporates, universities and high schools, or have ability to create strong relationships as a result of their previous experiences.
Can work independently, driving projects to completion, as well as part of a geographically dispersed national team.
Ability to develop and implement strategic plans, measure performance and evaluate results.
Must have a current Working With Children Check or willing to obtain one prior to commencement.
