About you

We currently have an excellent opportunity for a fundraising professional experienced in data and donor care to join our team.

To be successful you will have:

  • Well developed data administration skills including record management, data importing and exporting.
  • Previous experience using a Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) and Microsoft Excel with high attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and customer service skills.

Critical to this role is your ability to maintain and update donor and payment database records as well as processing regular donation transactions whilst maintaining the highest level of data integrity and best practice data security protocols.

Importantly you have strong numeracy skills and intermediate Excel data and reporting skills. You have excellent communication and customer service skills to provide positive donor interactions. You are a team player with a “can do” attitude able to work collaboratively and independently.

About the role

Reporting to the Direct Marketing Manager this role will work closely with the Program Administrator and external stakeholders to maintain our regular donor database records ensuring our data standards are met. Key objectives include:

  • Undertake daily database administration, processing and reporting.
  • Service donors across phone, email and mail. Respond to enquiries related to donations.
  • Help ensure donor revenue and retention targets are met.
