CareFlight was founded in 1986 as an aeromedical charity with the mission to save lives, speed recovery and serve the community. Today, we deliver services nationally. Our critical care doctors, paramedics and nurses are specially trained in emergency and trauma, pre-hospital and remote medicine and we use helicopters, jet aircraft, turbo-prop planes and road vehicles to reach and treat patients wherever they are.

We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Donor Care Officer to join our Fundraising team. Reporting into the Direct Marketing Manager, key responsibilities of this role include:
To be successful in this position, the Donor Care Officer will have strong customer service and communication skills, including previous inbound and outbound phone experience.
Critical to this position is your organisational, time management and accurate data entry skills, with strong attention to detail. You will also be confident in problem solving with the ability to deal with donor requests whilst being flexible to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
You will be proficient with all Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook and have record management and administration skills using a Customer Relationship Management system (CRM). You are excited to work in a high performing team and roll up your sleeves to achieve success and help save lives across Australia.
