About you

Your opportunity to respond above and beyond! The Human Resources Business Partner will play a key role in contributing to the success of the Human Resources team and to the delivery of the Top End Medical Retrieval Service operations in the Northern Territory.

Critical to this role is your ability to provide insights and commercially astute solutions and advise on workforce management practices in accordance with relevant legislation, awards, enterprise agreements and policies. You are excited to work in an agile, high performing team and roll up your sleeves to achieve great success.

Reporting to the Head of Human Resources you will be a trusted advisor as you partner with the organisation to drive people initiatives, engagement and a high performing culture. The ability to maintain and develop stakeholder relationships is a must.

You will have exceptional generalist human resources skills which will ensure your successful in delivery of activities such as recruitment, onboarding, development planning, remuneration, award/enterprise agreement negotiation and interpretation to name a few!
