Carers NSW is the peak organisation for carers in NSW. It is a member of the national Network of Carers Associations and has an exclusive focus on supporting and advocating for all carers in the state.

Join Carers NSW as the HR Officer to undertake an interesting and varied role in a dynamic organisation that will work in partnership with the management team to drive the success of the organisation towards its purpose – to improve Carers’ lives.

about you

As the successful applicant you will have experience in a recruitment and/or generalist human resources position. You will have outstanding interpersonal skills to liaise with all levels of the organisation and the ability to effectively manage your time.

In this role you will work across the broad range of generalist activities including recruitment, selection and retention, performance management, industrial relations, work health and safety, learning and development and continuous quality improvement. You will have the opportunity to work on some exciting HR projects and shape the employee experience at Carers NSW.

The annual salary package is between $85-89K + super + salary sacrificing benefits and training and development opportunities.
