In this leadership role you will be enabled and encouraged to think and perform differently, and will ensure our residents receive the highest standard of care possible.
You will be a highly motivated and experienced Care Manager (Registered Nurse, Level 3) with the ability to provide quality holistic care, operational excellence and supervision to staff of Fairhaven Aged Care.
As an integral member of the Seniors Living Group, you will liaise and work closely with the Service Manager in relation to all aspects of the business. This will include quality compliance, human resource management, ACFI maximisation and complaints resolution.

You should really enjoy working with older people and have empathy to their needs. Committed to continuous improvement, you look forward to the change opportunities this diverse role offers. You will have the demonstrated ability to effectively implement significant change at a Service level, and to develop a work team through the change process. You are often recognised for your highly developed problem-solving and conflict resolution, decision-making and negotiation skills.
