You will thrive as the Supporter Finance Officer if you have:  

  • Strong financial, written and verbal communication skills  
  • A keen eye for detail and accuracy, coupled with strong administrative and procedural skills
  • Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and business efficiency gain  
  • Demonstrated high computer literacy, including Microsoft Office with intermediate Excel  
  • Accurate and efficient data entry skills, including file transfers and imports, with experience using Salesforce and Salesforce related applications  
  • Proven time management skills, able to manage competing deadlines without compromising quality 
  • Ability to work within a team, but equally able to use own initiative and work independently 

Let’s talk about your next role

In this role, you will be responsible for: 

  • the processing of incoming mail including opening and logging mail, and processing change of address and 'Return to Senders' in the CRM database
  • completing donation related administrations tasks such as donation batches, reallocations, receipting templates and other tasks as required  
  • completing daily and monthly reconciliation tasks for all donation income across multiple bank accounts and systems  
  • managing campaigns and supporter data with confidentiality and accuracy, including campaign maintenance, data entry and case management in the CRM database 
  • conducting administration tasks and providing assistance to other areas of the organisation as required 
  • making a difference in the lives of vulnerable people
