About the Role

The Business Services Manager will provide high level operational support and strategic planning across several corporate service areas that include Quality and Continuous Improvement, Business Support, Work, Health and Safety and Property, Vehicle and Asset Management.

This is a new role and department within the organisation, and you will have the chance to build and lead your own team whilst collaborating closely with senior management on business support processes that align with our strategic objectives and organisation values.

The focus of the role is to lead a team that manages the day-to-to day operations of the organisation whilst ensuring we remain compliant in our responsibilities to the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.

You will join an organisation that is participant led, values driven and is entering an exciting new phase of development.

  • A tertiary qualification in a relevant field, e.g., Business Administration, Quality, Work, Health and Safety, or equivalent. 
  • The ability to design and develop internal and external auditing programs.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of WHS obligations, legislation, practices, and the ability to develop and apply policies and procedures across broad workplace activities.
  • Demonstrated experience in asset management, including designing and developing an asset management plan. 
  • Previous experience or knowledge of quality management systems relating to the NDIS will be highly regarded. 
  • Have strong values and looking to make a difference in the lives of those living with a disability in Central Australia
  • Must have or be able to obtain an NDIS Workers Screening Clearance.
