The Finance/Plan Management Officer focuses on providing accurate and timely data entry and Plan Management services. In this role you will provide support to participants, guardians, and coordinator of supports in ensuring that participant plans are optimised. Casa Services, acts on behalf of the individual participant making claims under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). Due to the nature of the work you will be required to submit claims on the participant’s behalf, prompt payment of invoices and the timely provision of information to the participant and stakeholders to manage their plan effectively. A strong communication and commitment to teamwork is essential for this role. We are looking for someone with strong values and a commitment to supporting vulnerable people.
