We are looking for an Executive Support Officer, who has strong administrative skills and experience in project support to with our passionate service delivery team.

For over 30 years, Castle has helped more people with disabilities, mental health conditions, chronic illnesses and injuries find work, connection with their community and live meaningful lives than any other organisation in the Newcastle, Hunter, and Central Coast regions.
Castle’s group of highly passionate people, provide support to people to empower and facilitate them to achieve social and economic participation through capacity building, social connection, training, education and employment in collaboration with community referral partners.

The Executive Support Officer provides administration support to the Executive Manager Service Delivery to support to operational functions and Castle strategic objectives across NDIS, disability employment and related services.
This position works closely with the Executive and business leaders team to provide administrative and project support to assist with innovation, best practice and continuous improvement across our service delivery.
