About the role

CatholicCare Diocese of Broken Bay is seeking a Community & Outreach Manager to focus on integrating our suite of services into the community, with a particular focus on our parishes and schools.

The role identifies needs and opportunities within the Diocese, builds strong community relationships and partnerships across our Diocesan footprint, with the end goal to create value for our clients and families. Our successful candidate will be key in identifying new program opportunities, assisting with fundraising efforts and building our volunteer base.

This position is permanent full-time, however there may be flexibility to negotiate part-time work arrangements. We also may consider flexible working arrangements such as working from home.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant area
  • Significant experience or extensive knowledge in the community services industry
  • Demonstrated successful networking skills with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to generate new leads and effectively promote services
  • Experience in project management
  • Working With Children Check and National Criminal History Check
  • Current NSW Driver’s License and access to an insured vehicle
