About the role

We are seeking passionate Casual Educators to work at our Outside School Hours Care program which is located at Lindfield. Flexibility and reliability to turn up to a shift with short notice will be required.

Duties

A role in Out of School Hours Care is both rewarding and fun with the opportunity to work in a creative way with school age children.

A Casual Childcare Educator for an Outside of School Hours Care program has;

• An ability to build relationships with children, their families and school staff;
• A commitment to ensuring all policies, procedures and regulatory frameworks are met; as well as
• An understanding about safeguarding children and provision of a safe work environment.

Requirements

• Completed qualifications (or working towards) in Children Services or related area (preferred);
• Experience creating quality education/care settings for children aged 5-12; as well as
• Strong communication and relationship building skills.
• Working With Children Check and Criminal History Check
• As per NSW Public Health Order, it is a requirement for all Early Childhood Education and Care staff in NSW to present their full vaccination status by 8 November 2021.
