At CatholicCare, our entire business is centred around people including our employees and volunteers. We serve those in need with compassion, dignity and respect, providing high quality services that meet the evolving needs of our community. Each of our 900+ staff play a part in helping people live their best life and transforming our communities to be safe, nurturing environments. Our people embody our values and demonstrate our mission in their everyday work.
Our services include NDIS disability services, out of home care, services for seniors, children’s services and a range of therapeutic and community service offerings.
Our Clinical Care Program is aimed to provide greater access to mental health services for people living with complex and enduring mental illnesses and have a range of psychosocial needs on the NSW Central Coast. This program engages a range of mental health professionals to provide a suite of services to people that would otherwise have little or no access to such services.
As a Specialist Lead you will provide coordinated clinical care for people with severe and complex mental illness. The care will be delivered in line with a GP Mental Health treatment plan or equivalent, developed by a GP or Psychiatrist. With the assistance of the Practice Manager, you will oversee policies and procedures aligned with the needs of the program.
This is a leadership role and will involve supervising a team which consists of a Case Worker and a Support Worker. Together the team will deliver person centred holistic supports to clients on their mental health journey. Ideal opportunity for a passionate leader who is ready to make a difference in the Community!
This is a permanent full-time role based in Tuggerah, with a requirement to travel and visit clients on the Central Coast. CatholicCare is open to flexible working arrangements that meet the needs of the program.
