This exciting Practice Manager role in our Specialised Counselling Services stream will be responsible for the leadership of a multidisciplinary team of Counsellors, Case Managers and Facilitators focusing on supporting individuals, couples and families seeking counselling and support.
Your leadership skills, supported by your aptitude for an innovative approach to the changing environment of service delivery will be highly regarded, as will your knowledge and experience in the delivery of high-quality, evidence informed, person centred services that meet individual, community and funding stakeholder needs.
You will be joining our growing management team within the broader Families Division, made up of over 250 expert Counsellors, Educators, Facilitators, Mediators and Case Workers.
