ROLE

Due to movement in the team, our client is seeking an Account Director responsible for the strategic development and implementation of individual giving fundraising campaigns for a range of clients.

Reporting to the Group Account Director you will work in collaboration with various client’s teams to conduct the following:

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support with the strategic development and implementation of client fundraising programs
• Be the main point of contact for the organisation’s key clients
• Provide the highest levels of customer service and improve on existing client relationships
• Organise client and creative briefings, coordinate concept development to final art, oversee production with printers and mailing house to ensure campaign budgets are adhered to and deadlines are met
• Work across various channels including direct mail, regular giving, digital, events, major gifts and bequests
• Work with data agencies and data analysts to source data and then provide post campaign analysis
• Provide accurate quoting and invoicing relative to accounts managed
• Be responsible for continuous learning and development whilst contributing to a vibrant workforce.

YOUR SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

• Significant experience in fundraising leading Individual Giving program
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to maintain and extend client relationships
• Experience across direct mail, regular giving, middle donors, major donors, 2-step, gift in wills
• Well-developed interpersonal skills and experience in interacting with senior stakeholders
• Proven track record in challenging the status quo
• Confidence to take control of a situation where appropriate with the ability to lead, motivate and influence
• A friendly professional nature with sense of humour who can work collaboratively.
