ROLE

Exciting opportunity for a Regular Giving Manager; responsible for two direct reports you will lead the team in managing face-to-face and telemarketing channels as well as relations with suppliers and agencies, training fundraisers and providing exceptional service to their donors.

Reporting to the Director of Development, you will play a vital role in building their regular giving program, managing budgets and achieving targets whilst analysing results, planning yearly strategy and reporting against KPI’s.

The role is busy and varied and will suit a skilled fundraising professional, (ideally with several years’ experience in direct marketing/regular giving) who enjoys working with initiative whilst being able to lead a team to drive outcomes and build on a successful regular giving program.

The role will work closely with the Donor Care Coordinator, Direct Marketing Coordinator, Database Administrator, Fundraising Administration Assistant and the Media and Communications team.

You will use your advanced data analytics skills to generate reports and dashboards to continually monitor budgets and program performance in order to make recommendations to the Senior Leadership team. You will be developing and implementing a cross-channel retention and upgrade strategy to maximise regular giving income including a donor stewardship plan and associated communications collateral.

YOUR SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing and/or fundraising ideal with previous experience in regular giving fundraising highly regarded (face-to-face, direct marketing or telemarketing) but not essential.
  • Positive can-do attitude with strong work ethic and ability to manage relationships.
  • High level numeracy skills with experience of data driven decision making.
  • Experience in database use. Raisers Edge/NXT or similar CRM
  • Experienced in monitoring ROI, budgets and forecasting.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Privacy Regulations relating to confidential information and data.
  • Proven ability to maintain good relationships with suppliers and agencies.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent computer literacy, including intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
