You get the opportunity to lead the development and delivery of peer-to-peer & event fundraising campaigns, working hand-in-hand with their highly skilled digital and creative teams, Directors and Account Directors. With knowledge of best tools and strategies, you will be rolling out multi-channel digital campaigns, so experience in communications development and social media marketing will be a huge plus. We are looking for someone with an energetic personality and an ability to build great relationships with charity clients!

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the main point of contact for the organisation’s key clients.
  • Provide the highest levels of customer service and improve on existing client relationships.
  • Organise client and creative briefings, coordinate concept development to production, to ensure campaign budgets are adhered to and deadlines are met.
  • Work across various channels including email, SMS, social media, search, display, YouTube, websites, print and mail.
  • Support with the strategic development and implementation of client fundraising programs.
  • Work with data agencies and data analysts to source data and then provide post campaign analysis.
  • Provide accurate quoting and invoicing relative to accounts managed.
  • Be responsible for continuous learning and development whilst contributing to a vibrant workforce.

Key Skills required:

  • Tertiary qualified and/or three years working experience in marketing or fundraising is desirable.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to maintain and extend client relationships.
  • Excellent time management, numeracy skills and attention to detail.
  • Well-developed inter-personal skills and experience in interacting with senior stakeholders.
  • Proven track record in challenging the status quo.
  • Confidence and ability to take control of a situation where appropriate with the ability to lead, motivate and influence.
