• Classification Level / Grade Band 2, Level 4 to 12

The Client Support Professionals support people with a Disability to exercise choice and control and to participate in activities to meet their individual needs, goals and interests. This could be in a group setting in the community or any ACO / CBCHS venue or 1:1 centre-based support.

About You

You are dedicated to delivering high quality outcomes for clients. You will have the ability and willingness to provide support to a range of people with a disability in all activities. Your excellent communication skills will see you build positive relationships with clients, families, carers and other professionals from a diverse range of cultures and backgrounds. Your passion will see you put the client's choice and control first, and ensure you protect, promote and uphold the rights of people with a disability.

To apply for a Client Support Professional role, you will also hold a Certificate IV in Community Services (Disability) or equivalent.

About the Company

Our not for profit organisation provides a comprehensive range of health and community services to the City of Kingston. Services include Specialists, Dental, Allied Health and Counselling services. We also provide a range of Aged Care and Day Programs for adults with a disability. Our main site is in Parkdale with programs and services also offered at Chelsea, Clarinda, Mentone, Cheltenham, Clayton and Edithvale.
