This position takes a lead role in media and communications for CBM Australia. The successful applicant will research, interview, write and publish content packages including articles, media releases, blogs, Tweets and other resources to amplify CBM Australia’s three pillars of inclusive development: Advocacy, Advisory and Programs. The candidate will create pathways to new audiences for advocacy and advisory awareness, engagement and activation in service of our mission. This will be achieved through a strong understanding of digital and social, and by building collaborative relationships with media, sector and other channel owners. The role is located within the Public Engagement team and acts as the communications liaison for the CBM Global Inclusion Advisory Group (IAG), supporting the evolution and implementation of IAG’s communication strategy and content plan.
