About the role

Reporting to the Business Manager this role provides high level administration and operational support to the Director, Inclusive Advisory Group management team and wider department. As this is a maternity leave role, it will be for a fixed period. The location of the role is around a hybrid model. This means working from home, as well as face to face on site interaction in our city office space located near Flinders Street/Richmond area for a few days per week.

About you

The successful candidate will bring the following:

  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently with a minimum of supervision whilst able to work in a team environment
  • Self-motivated, able to improve processes and generate ideas based on sound thinking, with a ‘can-do’, problem solving attitude and demonstrated initiative
  • Ability to manage up and hold management team to account as required
  • Discretion and confidentiality assured with sensitive and information
  • Background in working with Kanban boards and experience in an Agile project management environment highly regarded
  • Exceptional IT skills, especially in Microsoft Office. Experience with project management systems, IT systems administration, and cloud-based productivity tools will be highly regarded
  • Proactive with the ability to identify issues and propose possible improvements processes and generate ideas
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • Commitment to CBM’s mission, values, and sustainability
