As the Administration Support Officer, will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Executive Management Team, including providing high level support and assistance to the Office of the CEO as directed by the Executive Officer.
This role is a Fixed-term Part-time contract for 6 months working 22.5 hours per week in our Fortitude Valley Office in Brisbane.
We are looking for someone who can start immediately in this role.
To be successful in this role you must have proven experience in a similar Administration Support role.
You will possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and will be professional and customer service focused when interacting with all internal and external stakeholders including Executive Managers.
You will have the ability to multitask, experience in handling confidential information and have the ability to work autonomously and have good project coordination skills.
