This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of the Data Services team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders while performing a range of tasks that require a high level of attention to detail, competence with computer systems and a willingness to engage with new processes.
Some of the main aspects of the role are to process incoming donations, complete daily banking reconciliation and maintain/update the CRM database to provide accurate up-to-date data to enable Cancer Council Queensland to deliver on its mission. You will have the opportunity to improve current team processes and, to a lesser extent, provide support to the Data Service Volunteers.
This is a Permanent Full-time role working 37.5 hours per week based in our Fortitude Valley office in Brisbane.
You will be part of a successful team that makes a difference in the lives of Queenslanders and contribute towards a cancer free future. You will have substantial experience in a data processing, administrative or customer service role. Experience using Donor Management, Customer Relationship Management or similar database is desirable.
Your high degree of accuracy and attention to detail will see you succeed in the role. You will have well-developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to identify, develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. You will be confident providing feedback to others, have experience problem solving effectively and a genuine desire to improve processes.
