About the role

This is a unique opportunity to make a difference with data.

In a newly created role, we are seeking an Insights Analyst to join our fast-paced Marketing and Communication team within our Fundraising, Marketing and Communication (FMC) Group.

You will work with internal teams to draw insights from multiple touchpoints, platforms and audience types and present them to the marketing team. You’ll propose and action unique ways to use data to support decision making and drive campaign innovation and personalisation.

This role is Permanent Full-time (37.5 hours per week) based in our Fortitude Valley office in Brisbane.

About you

To be successful in this role you will have a minimum of 3 years industry experience and can demonstrate customer insight expertise, analytical skills and excellent visualisation skills with tools such as Power BI.

You enjoy breaking complex problems down and solving them through clever data manipulation, curiosity and exploratory insight. You will be highly organised and able to plan and execute campaigns within set timeframes and can communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
