The Centre for Evidence and Implementation (CEI) believes good evidence and effective implementation have the power to solve our most pressing social problems. We are an independent, not-for-profit organisation motivated by our mission to improve the lives of children, families and communities facing adversity.

The Senior Advisor - Impact Evaluation undertakes a range of tasks at CEI, including:
As a global organisation there will be at times that work and meetings will be conducted outside regular business hours.
Our ideal candidate is passionate about and committed to using their skills to improve policy and service delivery that affects people's lives. With a post-graduate research degree in psychology, health, social science, economics or related discipline you bring extensive, senior-level experience in the use of research and evaluation to inform policy and program development, in government and non-government settings. You are skilled in leading multicomponent research, bringing a high level of integrity and professionalism to your work and relationships and excel at translating findings into feasible solutions for government, the service sector and philanthropic decision-makers.
We understand you may need to learn and develop skills related to implementation science methods and we will support you to do this through mentoring and training.
