Ballarat & Grampians Community Legal Service is seeking an enthusiastic individual to fill a part-time Project Worker role on a 12 month parental leave position.
This role will support the organisation to implement their Monitoring & Evaluation Framework including collecting, analysing and reporting data to funders, staff and external stakeholders.
You will undertake a range of Community Development activities including the preparation and coordination of Community and Professional Legal Education, participation in networks and stakeholder engagement activities, and more specifically coordinate campaigns such as 16 Days of Activism, International Women's Day and Law Week.
To be successful in this role you would have the ability to multitask, manage multiple projects at one time and work in collaboration with a diverse range of stakeholders, community groups, staff and volunteers.
An understating and commitment to the principles of social justice and the ability to work effectively with vulnerable cohorts would be necessary in this role.
