Our Organisation

Centralis Home Care is a locally based home care provider, providing personal care and companionship care to those in our local community. We help to improve the quality of life for our clients and their families by assisting our clients to remain in their own homes.

Due to ongoing growth and a recent operational change we are looking to employ an elite group of care staff to support our clients and promote our company core values.

We are only looking for staff able to commit to ongoing support of our clients, who are loyal, reliable and treat our clients like they would their own family.

Centralis Home Care work with our industry partners with a collaborative approach to ensure our clients are able to access Government funded programs to fully support or complement their care requirements. We train our staff with this collaborative approach and industry knowledge to more responsibly support our clients and give them affordable access to the care they require.

You will need these essential requirements:

  • Certificate III in Aged Care, Disability or Community Support or working to the equivalent
  • Current National Police Certificate
  • Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Current drivers licence
  • Access to a car
  • Minimum of 12 months work related experience in similar role (Desirable)
  • 2 work related references
  • Be available at least 2-3 weekdays
  • Web enabled Smartphone

Your role may include:

  • Bathing/showering and dressing assistance
  • Meal planning and preparation
  • Cleaning, laundering, ironing and light household duties
  • Toileting assistance
  • Mobility assistance
  • Companionship and conversation
  • Transportation to medical appointments and shopping assistance
  • Medication reminders
