This position is responsible for working with the Community Development (CD) Team in the application of CLC’s CD Framework, with traditional owners and residents of communities and their income that is applied to development projects that achieve social, cultural and economic objectives. The candidate must have tertiary qualifications in community development or other relevant field and a minimum of three (3) years demonstrated professional experience applying CD methodologies, preferably with remote Aboriginal communities. Total effective package includes: base salary, district allowance, superannuation, leave loading, relocation assistance, annual airfare allowance and salary packaging options. Annual progression within the salary scale is subject to satisfactory performance. Progression is in accordance with annual increments set out in an enterprise agreement.
