As part of our Community Services Team reporting to the General Manager – Community Services the Executive Manager position will be working in an environment that is interesting, challenging and highly rewarding and satisfying. You will be accountable for the overall performance, reputation, and development of Centrecare’s services within your portfolio.

This position is based in Perth and will manage our Midland and Bunbury offices and the variety of services that they currently operate with a high-end strategic focus.

We are interested in a strong leader and communicator with the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively on long term goals. Someone that is keen on identifying, new opportunities, and improvements, with a solution focused approach. A leader that has demonstrated experience in leading a team of professionals, and programs in the non-for-profit sector; you will have demonstrated an ability in policy development and implementation, backed with an extensive knowledge in clinical theories, approaches, and methodologies.

Leading a team of experienced Program and Alliance Managers you will:

  • Have sound leadership skills to manage and inspire an experienced and effective team of managers.
  • Be a strong communicator both verbally and in writing and skilled in building and maintaining strong internal and external relationships.
  • Ideally have worked within a clinical environment and / or be able to work with and respected by clinicians operating in a service delivery environment, balanced with a strategic business focus and political acumen.
  • Have strong financial acumen with budgeting skills.
  • Have formal qualifications in Social Work/Psychology or related discipline.
  • Have skill to lead change (where required) in an engaging and consultative way.
  • Demonstrate experience in working collaboratively with partnering agencies.
