Remote / Work from Home
For over 100 years, the Centre for Excellence in Child and Family Welfare has advocated for the rights of children and young people to be heard, to be safe, to access education and to remain connected to family, community and culture.
We represent over 150 community service organisations (CSOs), students and individuals throughout Victoria working across the continuum of child and family services, from prevention and early intervention to the provision of out-of-home care.
The Project Officer will be responsible for undertaking a range of project activities to increase awareness of child information sharing in prescribed workforces (e.g. education, health, child and family services, and justice) and to build workforce confidence in using the Child and Family Violence Information Sharing Schemes (the Schemes) to undertake quality, timely and appropriate child information sharing, to promote child wellbeing or safety, and to assess or manage family violence risk to a child.
You will be looking for an opportunity to take on a challenging project over the next 12 months.
You will have previous experience of undertaking project activities within a given timeframe and budget. You will be confident in engaging with stakeholders. You will have a good understanding of the information sharing reforms and how these intersect with the Multi-Agency Risk Assessment and Management Framework (MARAM).
