We are looking for someone with experience in website management and creating quality electronic communications using a range of media such as written, podcasting and videos who loves interacting with people to join our Victorian team. And if you know about cystic fibrosis (CF) that is an added bonus.

Our mission at Cystic Fibrosis Community Care is to increase the well-being and quality of life of people living with CF, and promote broader awareness of CF. We do this through providing a range of advocacy, support and information services, research, public awareness programs and fundraising.

We have recently developed a new online space, CF Strong (www.cfstrong.org.au), to deliver an innovative, sustainable and national approach to meeting the information needs of adults who have CF and their support networks such as family, workplaces, tertiary education, sporting clubs. As Digital Content Producer for CF Strong your primary purpose is to maintain the current website and content and develop and coordinate new digital content for the project, including:

  • Following, and modifying, the project plan as required to meet milestones and key performance indicators and monitoring the project's progress against the project plan.
  • Coordinating, and supporting, subject matter experts and community members to write, film and record their own experiences of CF to be shared in the new online space.
  • Writing, developing, editing and publishing content on CF Strong and maintaining the current content to ensure it is accurate and relevant.
  • Coordinating a project advisory group of people who have CF and other external stakeholders the Project Team to provide expert advice on required content and form for components.
  • Being an enthusiastic and active member of our team
